大連化物所率先研發出全固態柔性平面鋰離子微型電容器

近日,中國科學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)大連化(hua)(hua)學(xue)物理研(yan)究所研(yan)究員吳忠帥二維材料與能(neng)源器件研(yan)究組團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)與中科院(yuan)(yuan)院(yuan)(yuan)士包信和(he)團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)及清(qing)華大學(xue)深圳(zhen)研(yan)究生院(yuan)(yuan)副教授賀(he)艷(yan)兵合(he)作,開發(fa)(fa)出(chu)一(yi)種具(ju)有高能(neng)量密(mi)度(du)、良好(hao)柔性、優異高溫穩(wen)定性及高度(du)集成(cheng)化(hua)(hua)的全固態平(ping)面鋰離子微型電(dian)容器。相關研(yan)究成(cheng)果發(fa)(fa)表在《能(neng)源和(he)環境科學(xue)》(Energy Environ. Sci.)上。


近年來,可穿戴(dai)、便攜式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子設(she)備以及微機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(如(ru)微型(xing)機(ji)器(qi)人、微型(xing)傳感器(qi))正(zheng)朝(chao)著輕薄短小、多功(gong)能(neng)(neng)集(ji)成的方向快速(su)發展,極大地(di)促進了現(xian)代社(she)會對于高(gao)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)密(mi)(mi)度、高(gao)能(neng)(neng)量密(mi)(mi)度、柔(rou)性(xing)化、模(mo)塊化集(ji)成等特征的微型(xing)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)器(qi)件的需求。傳統鋰(li)離子電(dian)(dian)(dian)容器(qi)由于具(ju)有(you)鋰(li)離子電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的高(gao)能(neng)(neng)量密(mi)(mi)度,又具(ju)有(you)超級電(dian)(dian)(dian)容器(qi)的高(gao)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)密(mi)(mi)度而備受(shou)關注。然而,其三(san)明(ming)治堆疊結構的器(qi)件構型(xing)極大地(di)限制了其機(ji)械柔(rou)性(xing)、高(gao)溫性(xing)能(neng)(neng)以及模(mo)塊化集(ji)成能(neng)(neng)力。


最近(jin),該(gai)研究團(tuan)隊在(zai)(zai)國際(ji)上(shang)率先開發出(chu)一種新概念(nian)的(de)(de)全固態(tai)柔性平(ping)面(mian)鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)(zi)微型(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)。該(gai)微型(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)以(yi)高(gao)(gao)(gao)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)石墨烯(xi)為(wei)(wei)集流體,以(yi)高(gao)(gao)(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓離(li)子(zi)(zi)凝(ning)膠作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解質,以(yi)納米鈦酸鋰(li)為(wei)(wei)負極和(he)活(huo)化石墨烯(xi)為(wei)(wei)正極構筑出(chu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)離(li)子(zi)(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)傳導的(de)(de)平(ping)面(mian)交叉指型(xing)微電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極,進而在(zai)(zai)一個基(ji)底上(shang)組裝出(chu)全固態(tai)鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)(zi)微型(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)。該(gai)鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)(zi)微型(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)具(ju)有高(gao)(gao)(gao)能(neng)量密度53.5mWh/cm3,高(gao)(gao)(gao)于目前報(bao)道的(de)(de)鋰(li)薄(bo)膜電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池和(he)微型(xing)超級電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)。同時,該(gai)鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)(zi)微型(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)具(ju)有優異的(de)(de)循(xun)(xun)環穩(wen)定性,6000次循(xun)(xun)環后電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)保持(chi)率為(wei)(wei)98.9%;具(ju)有高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)化學穩(wen)定性,能(neng)在(zai)(zai)80°C條件(jian)下(xia)穩(wen)定工作(zuo)(zuo);以(yi)及具(ju)有優異的(de)(de)機(ji)械柔性,在(zai)(zai)各種彎曲(qu)和(he)扭曲(qu)狀態(tai)下(xia)達(da)到性能(neng)基(ji)本(ben)沒有衰(shuai)減。此外,該(gai)鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)(zi)微型(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)表現出(chu)良(liang)好的(de)(de)模(mo)塊化集成能(neng)力(li),無需金屬(shu)連接體,可有效調控輸出(chu)的(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和(he)容(rong)量。因此,該(gai)工作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)(wei)開發柔性化、小(xiao)型(xing)化、智能(neng)化儲(chu)能(neng)器(qi)(qi)(qi)件(jian)提(ti)供了新的(de)(de)策略。
