多功能高精(jing)度的(de)(de)石(shi)墨(mo)爐自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)進(jin)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。在石(shi)墨(mo)爐分析時由于(yu)(yu)配接了本裝(zhuang)置,使得分析精(jing)度(RSD)優于(yu)(yu)1%。使分析工(gong)作變得準確簡(jian)便,實(shi)現全自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)化石(shi)墨(mo)爐分析。在色譜實(shi)驗分析中,能夠定量的(de)(de)把(ba)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)品(pin)送(song)入色譜柱的(de)(de)裝(zhuang)置,叫做進(jin)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。進(jin)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)分為人工(gong)手動(dong)(dong)進(jin)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)和自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)進(jin)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)兩種,自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)進(jin)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)就是一(yi)種智能化、自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)化的(de)(de)進(jin)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)儀器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),只(zhi)需設置好(hao)進(jin)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)參(can)數、放入待檢測樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)品(pin),即(ji)可完(wan)成自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)進(jin)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)過程。廣泛應(ying)用于(yu)(yu)環境檢測、質量監督、食(shi)品(pin)衛(wei)生、化工(gong)、糧(liang)油、司法鑒定以及(ji)科(ke)研院校和第三方檢測機構等(deng)領域。
自動進(jin)樣器基本工作(zuo)流程包括:樣品抽(chou)取-進(jin)樣-洗針-再抽(chou)取-再進(jin)樣,實際的操作(zuo)順序可通(tong)過軟件編程進(jin)行(xing)改變(bian)。 具(ju)體(ti)詳細流程如下:
(1)PC機(ji)發送指令和(he)參數(設置樣(yang)(yang)品安(an)裝數量(liang)(liang)、位號、樣(yang)(yang)品量(liang)(liang)、進樣(yang)(yang)速度等(deng)參數)到控制器(PLC),控制器產生相應(ying)信號控制樣(yang)(yang)品托盤電機(ji)轉動完成樣(yang)(yang)品位號定位;
(2)位移電機(ji)控制(zhi)注(zhu)射器滑車下降,注(zhu)射針到達待(dai)抽取(qu)樣品位置(zhi);
(3)注射器在抽取電(dian)機的(de)控(kong)制下,提升(sheng)注射器拉桿定(ding)量抽取樣品(pin);
(4)托盤電機和位移電機控制注射(she)器滑(hua)車和樣(yang)品(pin)底盤依次復位,完(wan)成進樣(yang)定位;
(5)位移電機控制注射器(qi)滑車下降,將注射器(qi)的針頭(tou)插入色譜進樣口;
(6)進(jin)樣控(kong)制電機控(kong)制注(zhu)射器(qi)拉桿快(kuai)速下降,將液體(ti)樣品(pin)注(zhu)入色(se)譜儀;
(7)進樣(yang)控(kong)制電(dian)機、托(tuo)盤(pan)電(dian)機和位移電(dian)機在控(kong)制器(PLC)時序命令的控(kong)制下進入注射針準備狀態(tai);
(8)注射器洗針過程(cheng);一(yi)次進樣過程(cheng)結束。
