光(guang)澤度儀的(de)維護方法
1、使用中應(ying)避免強(qiang)光
2、儀器配帶有(you)兩塊標準板。應將其保持清潔,不宜用(yong)手指(zhi)觸摸(mo)表面(mian),如表面(mian)有(you)污(wu)漬則(ze)會導致(zhi)儀器誤差加大,讀(du)數(shu)不準確。如若不小心觸摸(mo)了,則(ze)可用(yong)鏡(jing)頭紙(zhi)或無水酒精擦拭。
3、因(yin)本儀(yi)器穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)性極高(gao),儀(yi)器不必經常校定(ding)(ding)(ding),建議連續(xu)使用2小時后(hou),再重(zhong)新標(biao)定(ding)(ding)(ding)一(yi)次。
4、本儀器(qi)設計電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)使(shi)用率極高,當電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)使(shi)用到0.8V以(yi)下(xia)時(電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)已耗盡)儀器(qi)讀數開始(shi)下(xia)滑,儀器(qi)顯(xian)示右上(shang)角紅色發光二(er)極管亮,提示操作者需要更換(huan)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),打開儀器(qi)左(zuo)側(ce)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)倉蓋,儀器(qi)便(bian)可以(yi)重(zhong)新使(shi)用,電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)耗盡應該及時更換(huan),否則長(chang)時間(jian)存(cun)放,舊電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)有可能(neng)流出廢液,造成儀器(qi)損壞。
5、定標(biao)的過程中,如(ru)發現(xian)旋轉定標(biao)旋鈕(niu)轉到盡頭(tou)(tou)還(huan)不能(neng)達到黑玻璃標(biao)準(zhun)班的標(biao)定值,可(ke)能(neng)是(shi)儀(yi)器(qi)的光學鏡(jing)(jing)頭(tou)(tou)嚴(yan)重(zhong)污染(ran),用鏡(jing)(jing)頭(tou)(tou)紙沾少許無水酒精擦拭鏡(jing)(jing)頭(tou)(tou),可(ke)解決問題。
首先,用已(yi)知(zhi)光(guang)(guang)澤(ze)度值(zhi)(zhi)的(de)校準板進行標定(ding),設此校準板的(de)光(guang)(guang)澤(ze)度值(zhi)(zhi)為(wei),光(guang)(guang)源(yuan)發出的(de)光(guang)(guang)光(guang)(guang)強(qiang)為(wei)光(guang)(guang)電池檢測到(dao)的(de)光(guang)(guang)強(qiang)度為(wei) 。通(tong)過校準過程可知(zhi)光(guang)(guang)源(yuan)光(guang)(guang)強(qiang)。
校(xiao)(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)的目的是消除每(mei)次開(kai)機光源(yuan)強度(du)的變化(hua)和(he)環(huan)境變化(hua)對丈量產(chan)生的影響。校(xiao)(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)這一步非(fei)常重要,假如校(xiao)(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)做的不好,丈量就會受很大(da)影響。所以在校(xiao)(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)過程中,一定(ding)要保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)光澤(ze)度(du)計底面和(he)校(xiao)(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)板接觸得非(fei)常緊密,我(wo)們(men)在研發中也保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)了光澤(ze)度(du)底面的加工精度(du)。
