近日,市場監管總局發布2022年第32號(hao)公告(gao),批準《液體活塞式壓(ya)力(li)計檢定(ding)規程》等24項(xiang)國家(jia)計量技術規范發布實施。 

在無(wu)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)計量(liang)領域,修(xiu)(xiu)訂發(fa)(fa)布JJF 1286—2022《無(wu)線(xian)(xian)信(xin)(xin)道模(mo)擬器(qi)(qi)校(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)規(gui)(gui)范(fan)(fan)》,重點修(xiu)(xiu)訂路徑(jing)時(shi)延和路徑(jing)損(sun)耗(hao)的(de)(de)(de)校(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)方法(fa),增加最大多普勒頻(pin)移的(de)(de)(de)校(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun),為航(hang)天、航(hang)空行(xing)(xing)業應(ying)用無(wu)線(xian)(xian)信(xin)(xin)道模(mo)擬器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)校(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)工作提供技術(shu)(shu)依據(ju)。修(xiu)(xiu)訂發(fa)(fa)布JJF 1982—2022《電(dian)平(ping)(ping)(ping)振(zhen)蕩(dang)器(qi)(qi)校(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)規(gui)(gui)范(fan)(fan)》,將測(ce)試(shi)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)頻(pin)率上(shang)限擴(kuo)展(zhan)為150MHz,同(tong)時(shi)擴(kuo)展(zhan)輸出阻抗,在校(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)方法(fa)上(shang)兼顧(gu)新型數字指(zhi)示式電(dian)平(ping)(ping)(ping)振(zhen)蕩(dang)器(qi)(qi)和傳統指(zhi)針式電(dian)平(ping)(ping)(ping)振(zhen)蕩(dang)器(qi)(qi)。修(xiu)(xiu)訂發(fa)(fa)布JJF 1238—2022《集成電(dian)路靜電(dian)放電(dian)敏感(gan)度測(ce)試(shi)設備(bei)(bei)校(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)規(gui)(gui)范(fan)(fan)》,為適應(ying)相關國際測(ce)試(shi)標準(zhun)(zhun)的(de)(de)(de)變化(hua),增加了(le)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)模(mo)型、閂(shuan)鎖模(mo)型放電(dian)波(bo)形的(de)(de)(de)校(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun),完(wan)善了(le)集成電(dian)路靜電(dian)放電(dian)測(ce)試(shi)設備(bei)(bei)校(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)方法(fa)。制(zhi)定(ding)發(fa)(fa)布JJF 1983—2022《高(gao)清(qing)(qing)視(shi)頻(pin)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)分析(xi)儀(yi)(yi)校(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)規(gui)(gui)范(fan)(fan)》,高(gao)清(qing)(qing)視(shi)頻(pin)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)分析(xi)儀(yi)(yi)是對高(gao)清(qing)(qing)視(shi)頻(pin)設備(bei)(bei)、視(shi)頻(pin)終(zhong)端設備(bei)(bei)等進行(xing)(xing)標準(zhun)(zhun)符合(he)性測(ce)試(shi)和合(he)格檢(jian)驗的(de)(de)(de)專用測(ce)試(shi)儀(yi)(yi)器(qi)(qi),被高(gao)清(qing)(qing)視(shi)頻(pin)設備(bei)(bei)生產廠(chang)家和質量(liang)檢(jian)測(ce)機(ji)構廣泛使用,該(gai)規(gui)(gui)范(fan)(fan)的(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)定(ding)發(fa)(fa)布為高(gao)清(qing)(qing)視(shi)頻(pin)產業發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)提供計量(liang)技術(shu)(shu)支撐(cheng)。 

在(zai)壓(ya)力(li)(li)計量(liang)(liang)領(ling)域,修訂發(fa)布JJG 59—2022《液體(ti)活(huo)塞式(shi)壓(ya)力(li)(li)計檢(jian)定(ding)規(gui)(gui)程》,重新規(gui)(gui)定(ding)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)范(fan)圍和(he)準確度(du)等(deng)級,提出(chu)壓(ya)力(li)(li)形變系(xi)數檢(jian)定(ding)要求并明(ming)確重力(li)(li)加(jia)速度(du)實測(ce)等(deng)內(nei)容,完善(shan)了(le)檢(jian)定(ding)方(fang)法和(he)技術指標。修訂發(fa)布JJG 241—2022《精(jing)密杯形和(he)U形液體(ti)壓(ya)力(li)(li)計檢(jian)定(ding)規(gui)(gui)程》,該(gai)儀器(qi)(qi)(qi)在(zai)精(jing)密加(jia)工、航空(kong)航天行業的(de)(de)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(漏(lou)率(lv)(lv))測(ce)量(liang)(liang)、泄(xie)露課題研究等(deng)領(ling)域被大量(liang)(liang)使用(yong),本次修訂提高(gao)了(le)部分準確度(du)等(deng)級檢(jian)定(ding)時所用(yong)標準器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)技術指標要求。制定(ding)發(fa)布JJF 1986—2022《差壓(ya)式(shi)氣密檢(jian)漏(lou)儀校(xiao)準規(gui)(gui)范(fan)》,對該(gai)類(lei)(lei)儀器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)校(xiao)準項(xiang)目、校(xiao)準方(fang)法和(he)標準器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)選擇作出(chu)明(ming)確規(gui)(gui)定(ding),校(xiao)準項(xiang)目覆蓋主要計量(liang)(liang)性(xing)能,校(xiao)準方(fang)法貼近(jin)儀器(qi)(qi)(qi)實際工作狀態。制定(ding)發(fa)布JJF 1987—2022《大氣數據(ju)測(ce)試儀校(xiao)準規(gui)(gui)范(fan)》,改變國(guo)內(nei)該(gai)類(lei)(lei)型儀器(qi)(qi)(qi)無(wu)校(xiao)準規(gui)(gui)范(fan)可依據(ju)的(de)(de)現狀,提高(gao)航空(kong)飛(fei)(fei)行器(qi)(qi)(qi)飛(fei)(fei)行參數的(de)(de)計量(liang)(liang)能力(li)(li),降低航空(kong)事故癥候發(fa)生概率(lv)(lv),提高(gao)航空(kong)公司(si)簽派(pai)率(lv)(lv)和(he)出(chu)勤率(lv)(lv),服務保障民航運(yun)輸業。 

在(zai)溫(wen)度計(ji)(ji)量領域,制定(ding)發布JJF 1991—2022《短型(xing)(xing)廉(lian)金屬熱電偶校(xiao)(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)規范》,短型(xing)(xing)廉(lian)金屬熱電偶廣(guang)泛用于航空航天、石油化工等(deng)領域,是常用的溫(wen)度傳感(gan)器(qi)。該規范主要包(bao)括計(ji)(ji)量特性(xing)、校(xiao)(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)條件(jian)、校(xiao)(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)項目、校(xiao)(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)方法及測量不確定(ding)度評(ping)定(ding)實例等(deng)內容(rong),為(wei)短型(xing)(xing)廉(lian)金屬熱電偶校(xiao)(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)工作提供技術依(yi)據。

在(zai)氣象計量領域,制定(ding)發布JJF 1992—2022《長(chang)波(bo)(bo)輻射(she)(she)(she)表(biao)校準(zhun)規(gui)范(fan)》,通過對(dui)模擬輸出(chu)型長(chang)波(bo)(bo)輻射(she)(she)(she)表(biao)靈(ling)敏(min)度(du)和(he)數(shu)字輸出(chu)型長(chang)波(bo)(bo)輻射(she)(she)(she)表(biao)修正系數(shu)等計量特性進行校準(zhun),從而有效保(bao)證(zheng)長(chang)波(bo)(bo)輻射(she)(she)(she)和(he)凈(jing)全輻射(she)(she)(she)的(de)(de)準(zhun)確(que)測(ce)量。該規(gui)范(fan)的(de)(de)制定(ding)發布,為長(chang)波(bo)(bo)輻射(she)(she)(she)表(biao)的(de)(de)量值溯源和(he)性能評價提供科(ke)學統一的(de)(de)依據。 

在能源(yuan)計(ji)量(liang)(liang)領域,制定(ding)發布JJF 1993—2022《天然(ran)(ran)氣(qi)(qi)能量(liang)(liang)計(ji)量(liang)(liang)技術(shu)規(gui)范(fan)》,能量(liang)(liang)計(ji)量(liang)(liang)是國際上天然(ran)(ran)氣(qi)(qi)貿(mao)易交接(jie)的主要方式(shi),該規(gui)范(fan)與國家標準充分融合,根據發熱量(liang)(liang)測定(ding)的3種不同(tong)方式(shi)(在線測定(ding)、離線測定(ding)及賦值(zhi))給出天然(ran)(ran)氣(qi)(qi)能量(liang)(liang)的不確定(ding)度計(ji)算方法。該規(gui)范(fan)可(ke)作為(wei)計(ji)量(liang)(liang)技術(shu)機構(gou)對天然(ran)(ran)氣(qi)(qi)能量(liang)(liang)計(ji)量(liang)(liang)系統的評估驗收及政府部門開展(zhan)監(jian)督檢查的依據,也可(ke)作為(wei)石油天然(ran)(ran)氣(qi)(qi)公司等(deng)用(yong)戶(hu)能量(liang)(liang)計(ji)量(liang)(liang)管理的參考。 

在(zai)能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)效率計(ji)量(liang)領域,制定發布JJF 1994—2022《電冰(bing)箱(xiang)(xiang)能(neng)效(性(xing)能(neng))測(ce)量(liang)裝(zhuang)置校準規范(fan)(fan)》、JJF 1261.27—2022《投影機能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)效率計(ji)量(liang)檢測(ce)規則》,修(xiu)訂發布 JJF 1261.6—2022《計(ji)算機顯示器能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)效率計(ji)量(liang)檢測(ce)規則》。電冰(bing)箱(xiang)(xiang)能(neng)效(性(xing)能(neng))測(ce)量(liang)裝(zhuang)置,是電冰(bing)箱(xiang)(xiang)性(xing)能(neng)參數的主要測(ce)量(liang)設備,該(gai)規范(fan)(fan)的制定發布,加快推進各檢測(ce)機構與生產企(qi)(qi)業(ye)實現測(ce)量(liang)數據準確一致(zhi),對規范(fan)(fan)電冰(bing)箱(xiang)(xiang)產品能(neng)效標識的標注(zhu)乃至(zhi)電冰(bing)箱(xiang)(xiang)產業(ye)的發展都發揮積極作(zuo)用(yong)。投影機和計(ji)算機顯示器作(zuo)為(wei)辦公、學習設備被廣泛使(shi)用(yong),其節能(neng)意義(yi)重大,本次制修(xiu)訂內(nei)容包括相關產品能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)效率的計(ji)量(liang)要求、檢測(ce)條件、檢測(ce)項目和方法、檢測(ce)結(jie)果評定準則、檢測(ce)報告等(deng)內(nei)容,在(zai)引導(dao)消(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)購買高(gao)效節能(neng)產品同時,激(ji)勵生產企(qi)(qi)業(ye)加大研發力度,提升消(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)使(shi)用(yong)體驗。 

以上24項國家計量技術(shu)規范于2023年3月26日正式實施(shi)。
