扭矩扳子檢定儀工作原理:
扭(niu)(niu)(niu)矩扳子(zi)檢定儀(yi)由(you)扭(niu)(niu)(niu)力(li)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、放(fang)大(da)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、AD、CPU電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路、顯(xian)示器(qi)(qi)(qi)、鍵盤及(ji)打印機接口等組成(cheng)。扭(niu)(niu)(niu)力(li)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)內(nei)的(de)彈性體.上貼有電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻應(ying)變(bian)(bian)片(pian),接成(cheng)全橋(qiao)形式,由(you)儀(yi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)內(nei)的(de)恒壓(ya)源供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。在傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)未受力(li)時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)橋(qiao)處于(yu)平衡狀態;傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)受力(li)時,彈性體發(fa)生形變(bian)(bian),應(ying)變(bian)(bian)片(pian)阻值(zhi)發(fa)生相應(ying)變(bian)(bian)化(hua),使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)橋(qiao)產生不(bu)平衡電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),該電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)與被測扭(niu)(niu)(niu)力(li)值(zhi)成(cheng)正比。不(bu)平衡電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)經儀(yi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)高精度超低漂移放(fang)大(da)器(qi)(qi)(qi)放(fang)大(da)后,送入模(mo)數轉換(huan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)對應(ying)的(de)數字量(liang),然后 被計算機采樣。計算機將(jiang)采樣值經過運算處理得到(dao)被測(ce)扭力值后送顯示。儀器配有打印機接(jie)口,可以打印出(chu)實(shi)際測(ce)量數(shu)據。儀器可以測(ce)量正(zheng)矩和反矩。
