氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)(jing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用者使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)測儀(yi)(yi)(yi)過程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),將(jiang)空調和取暖(nuan)設(she)(she)備(bei)靠近(jin)可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)燃(ran)(ran)性(xing)(xing)(xing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)測儀(yi)(yi)(yi)安裝,當使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用空調和取暖(nuan)設(she)(she)備(bei)的過程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),如果(guo)冷、暖(nuan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)直接(jie)吹過可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)(jing)器(qi)(qi)(qi),就(jiu)有可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)能(neng)造成可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)(jing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)鉑絲的電阻率發生(sheng)變(bian)化出(chu)現誤差,因(yin)此可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)(jing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)應(ying)遠離空調、取暖(nuan)設(she)(she)備(bei),避(bi)免(mian)設(she)(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)不當引發故(gu)障(zhang)。使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用者使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)燃(ran)(ran)性(xing)(xing)(xing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)測儀(yi)(yi)(yi)過程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)還應(ying)注意防電磁干擾。可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)(jing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)安裝位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、安裝角度、防護措施以及系統布線等方面應(ying)防電磁干擾。使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用者使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)燃(ran)(ran)性(xing)(xing)(xing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)測儀(yi)(yi)(yi)過程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)應(ying)注意易(yi)引起故(gu)障(zhang)的因(yin)素,如:灰塵(chen)、高(gao)溫、潮濕、雨淋等。當安裝可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)燃(ran)(ran)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)(jing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的場所(suo)需安裝排氣(qi)(qi)(qi)扇(shan)時(shi)(shi),排氣(qi)(qi)(qi)扇(shan)如與可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)燃(ran)(ran)性(xing)(xing)(xing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)測儀(yi)(yi)(yi)相鄰(lin)設(she)(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),泄(xie)漏的可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)將(jiang)無法充分擴散到可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)(jing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)附近(jin),造成不能(neng)及時(shi)(shi)探(tan)測,怡誤戰機。使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用者使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)燃(ran)(ran)性(xing)(xing)(xing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)測儀(yi)(yi)(yi)還應(ying)注意避(bi)免(mian)高(gao)溫、高(gao)濕、蒸汽、油煙(yan)可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)到的地方。探(tan)測器(qi)(qi)(qi)上勿放置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物品或掛置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物品。裝好(hao)的可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)燃(ran)(ran)性(xing)(xing)(xing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)測儀(yi)(yi)(yi)不能(neng)任意移(yi)動裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用者使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)(jing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)盡量選用傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)(qi)探(tan)頭可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)換的產(chan)品,以便(bian)于(yu)使(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用。
施工過程不規范
施工(gong)過(guo)程不(bu)(bu)規范(fan)會在使用過(guo)程中使可(ke)燃(ran)性(xing)(xing)(xing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)儀(yi)(yi)探(tan)(tan)測(ce)(ce)故障。如(ru)可(ke)燃(ran)性(xing)(xing)(xing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)儀(yi)(yi)未設(she)在設(she)備易于泄(xie)漏可(ke)體(ti)附(fu)近,或(huo)安裝時(shi)與排氣(qi)(qi)(qi)扇相鄰(lin)設(she)置,泄(xie)漏的可(ke)體(ti)無(wu)法(fa)充分擴散到可(ke)燃(ran)性(xing)(xing)(xing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)儀(yi)(yi)附(fu)近,從而(er)使泄(xie)漏險(xian)情(qing)無(wu)法(fa)及時(shi)被可(ke)燃(ran)性(xing)(xing)(xing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)儀(yi)(yi)探(tan)(tan)知。可(ke)燃(ran)性(xing)(xing)(xing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)儀(yi)(yi)如(ru)不(bu)(bu)可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)(jie)地(di),不(bu)(bu)能消除電(dian)磁干擾,必將(jiang)影(ying)響電(dian)壓,出現探(tan)(tan)測(ce)(ce)數據(ju)不(bu)(bu)準的故障。所(suo)以可(ke)燃(ran)性(xing)(xing)(xing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)儀(yi)(yi)施工(gong)過(guo)程中應(ying)可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)(jie)地(di)。可(ke)燃(ran)性(xing)(xing)(xing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)報警器(qi)(qi)及接(jie)(jie)線(xian)端(duan)子設(she)于易遭受碰(peng)撞或(huo)易進(jin)水處,造(zao)成電(dian)器(qi)(qi)線(xian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)斷路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)或(huo)短路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)。焊接(jie)(jie)必須用無(wu)腐蝕的助(zhu)焊劑,不(bu)(bu)然接(jie)(jie)頭處腐蝕脫開(kai)或(huo)增加線(xian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)電(dian)阻,影(ying)響正(zheng)常探(tan)(tan)測(ce)(ce)。探(tan)(tan)測(ce)(ce)器(qi)(qi)勿(wu)掉落(luo)或(huo)拋(pao)落(luo)于地(di)。施工(gong)完后應(ying)進(jin)行調試,保證(zheng)可(ke)體(ti)報警器(qi)(qi)處于正(zheng)常工(gong)作狀(zhuang)態(tai)。
維護保養氣體檢測儀
要檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)氣(qi)體(ti)濃(nong)度,必(bi)須使得探測(ce)(ce)器(qi)和(he)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)環(huan)境溝通,所以環(huan)境中的(de)(de)各種(zhong)污(wu)染性(xing)氣(qi)體(ti)和(he)積塵進入(ru)探測(ce)(ce)器(qi)是(shi)無法避免(mian)的(de)(de),其(qi)對探測(ce)(ce)器(qi)造成的(de)(de)工作條件的(de)(de)損壞(huai)是(shi)客觀的(de)(de)存在,可燃性(xing)氣(qi)體(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)儀工作環(huan)境較為惡(e)劣,有許多安裝在室外,維護保養不(bu)善將(jiang)會導致可體(ti)報警器(qi)探測(ce)(ce)出現(xian)誤差或(huo)不(bu)探測(ce)(ce)。因而定期對可燃性(xing)氣(qi)體(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)儀進行清洗(xi)、保養是(shi)防止發生故障的(de)(de)一(yi)個(ge)重要工作。
接(jie)地(di)(di)應(ying)定期檢(jian)測,接(jie)地(di)(di)達不到標準要求(qiu),或根本未接(jie)地(di)(di),也會(hui)使可燃性氣體檢(jian)測儀(yi)易受電磁干擾,造(zao)成故障(zhang)。
建(jian)議在各類儀(yi)(yi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)在使用之前(qian),對(dui)(dui)儀(yi)(yi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)用標(biao)氣(qi)(qi)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)響(xiang)應檢測(ce),以保(bao)證儀(yi)(yi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)真(zhen)正起到保(bao)護的(de)(de)作用。可(ke)燃氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)報警(jing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)和有(you)毒氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)報警(jing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)也(ye)同其它的(de)(de)分析(xi)檢測(ce)儀(yi)(yi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)一(yi)樣(yang),都是用相對(dui)(dui)比(bi)(bi)較的(de)(de)方(fang)法進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)測(ce)定的(de)(de):先用一(yi)個零氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)和一(yi)個標(biao)準(zhun)濃度的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)對(dui)(dui)儀(yi)(yi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)標(biao)定,得到標(biao)準(zhun)曲線儲(chu)存于儀(yi)(yi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)之中,測(ce)定時,儀(yi)(yi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)將待測(ce)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)濃度產生的(de)(de)電(dian)信號同標(biao)準(zhun)濃度的(de)(de)電(dian)信號進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)比(bi)(bi)較,計算(suan)得到準(zhun)確的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)濃度值。因此,隨(sui)時對(dui)(dui)儀(yi)(yi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)校零,經(jing)常性對(dui)(dui)儀(yi)(yi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)校準(zhun)都是保(bao)證儀(yi)(yi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)測(ce)量準(zhun)確的(de)(de)必(bi)不(bu)可(ke)少的(de)(de)工(gong)作。
