大連化物所率先研發出全固態柔性平面鋰離子微型電容器

近日,中國科學(xue)院大連化學(xue)物理研究(jiu)所(suo)研究(jiu)員(yuan)吳忠帥(shuai)二維材料與能(neng)源器(qi)件研究(jiu)組團(tuan)隊(dui)與中科院院士包(bao)信和(he)團(tuan)隊(dui)及(ji)清華大學(xue)深圳(zhen)研究(jiu)生院副(fu)教(jiao)授賀艷兵合(he)作,開發(fa)出(chu)一種具(ju)有(you)高(gao)能(neng)量(liang)密(mi)度、良(liang)好柔性、優異(yi)高(gao)溫穩定性及(ji)高(gao)度集(ji)成化的全(quan)固態平(ping)面鋰離子微(wei)型電容器(qi)。相關研究(jiu)成果發(fa)表在(zai)《能(neng)源和(he)環境科學(xue)》(Energy Environ. Sci.)上。


近年來,可穿戴(dai)、便(bian)攜式電(dian)(dian)子設備以(yi)及微機(ji)電(dian)(dian)系統(如微型(xing)機(ji)器(qi)人、微型(xing)傳(chuan)感器(qi))正(zheng)朝著輕薄短小(xiao)、多功(gong)能(neng)(neng)集成(cheng)(cheng)的方向快速發(fa)展,極大(da)地促進(jin)了現(xian)代(dai)社會對于(yu)高(gao)功(gong)率(lv)密(mi)度(du)、高(gao)能(neng)(neng)量(liang)密(mi)度(du)、柔(rou)性化、模(mo)塊(kuai)化集成(cheng)(cheng)等特(te)征的微型(xing)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)器(qi)件的需求(qiu)。傳(chuan)統鋰離子電(dian)(dian)容器(qi)由于(yu)具有(you)鋰離子電(dian)(dian)池的高(gao)能(neng)(neng)量(liang)密(mi)度(du),又(you)具有(you)超級(ji)電(dian)(dian)容器(qi)的高(gao)功(gong)率(lv)密(mi)度(du)而備受關注。然而,其三明(ming)治(zhi)堆疊結構的器(qi)件構型(xing)極大(da)地限制了其機(ji)械柔(rou)性、高(gao)溫性能(neng)(neng)以(yi)及模(mo)塊(kuai)化集成(cheng)(cheng)能(neng)(neng)力。


最(zui)近,該(gai)研究團隊在國際(ji)上率(lv)先開發出一(yi)種新(xin)概念的(de)(de)全固態(tai)(tai)柔性(xing)平(ping)面(mian)鋰(li)(li)離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)微(wei)型(xing)(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)。該(gai)微(wei)型(xing)(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)以(yi)高(gao)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)石墨烯為(wei)集流體,以(yi)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)凝膠(jiao)作為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解質,以(yi)納米鈦酸鋰(li)(li)為(wei)負極(ji)(ji)和(he)活化(hua)(hua)石墨烯為(wei)正極(ji)(ji)構筑出高(gao)離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)傳導的(de)(de)平(ping)面(mian)交叉指型(xing)(xing)(xing)微(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji),進而在一(yi)個基(ji)底上組(zu)裝出全固態(tai)(tai)鋰(li)(li)離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)微(wei)型(xing)(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)。該(gai)鋰(li)(li)離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)微(wei)型(xing)(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)具有(you)(you)高(gao)能(neng)(neng)量(liang)密(mi)度53.5mWh/cm3,高(gao)于目前(qian)報(bao)道的(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)薄膜電(dian)(dian)(dian)池和(he)微(wei)型(xing)(xing)(xing)超級電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)。同時,該(gai)鋰(li)(li)離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)微(wei)型(xing)(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)具有(you)(you)優異的(de)(de)循環穩(wen)定性(xing),6000次(ci)循環后(hou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)保持率(lv)為(wei)98.9%;具有(you)(you)高(gao)溫(wen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)(hua)學穩(wen)定性(xing),能(neng)(neng)在80°C條件下穩(wen)定工(gong)作;以(yi)及(ji)具有(you)(you)優異的(de)(de)機械柔性(xing),在各(ge)種彎曲和(he)扭曲狀態(tai)(tai)下達到性(xing)能(neng)(neng)基(ji)本沒有(you)(you)衰(shuai)減。此(ci)外,該(gai)鋰(li)(li)離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)微(wei)型(xing)(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)表現出良好(hao)的(de)(de)模(mo)塊化(hua)(hua)集成能(neng)(neng)力,無需金(jin)屬連(lian)接體,可(ke)有(you)(you)效調控輸出的(de)(de)工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和(he)容(rong)(rong)(rong)量(liang)。因(yin)此(ci),該(gai)工(gong)作為(wei)開發柔性(xing)化(hua)(hua)、小型(xing)(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)、智能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)器(qi)件提供(gong)了新(xin)的(de)(de)策略。
