近日,市場監管總局發布2022年第(di)32號公告,批(pi)準(zhun)《液體活塞式(shi)壓力計(ji)檢定規程(cheng)》等24項(xiang)國家(jia)計(ji)量技(ji)術規范發布實施。 

在無(wu)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)計量(liang)領(ling)域,修(xiu)訂(ding)(ding)發(fa)布(bu)JJF 1286—2022《無(wu)線(xian)信(xin)道模(mo)擬器(qi)校(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)規范》,重點修(xiu)訂(ding)(ding)路徑時延和(he)(he)路徑損耗的(de)校(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)方(fang)法(fa),增加(jia)(jia)最大多普勒頻(pin)(pin)移的(de)校(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun),為航(hang)天(tian)、航(hang)空(kong)行(xing)業應用無(wu)線(xian)信(xin)道模(mo)擬器(qi)的(de)校(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)工(gong)作(zuo)提(ti)供技(ji)術(shu)依(yi)據。修(xiu)訂(ding)(ding)發(fa)布(bu)JJF 1982—2022《電(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)(ping)振蕩(dang)器(qi)校(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)規范》,將測(ce)試(shi)信(xin)號(hao)頻(pin)(pin)率上限擴展(zhan)為150MHz,同時擴展(zhan)輸(shu)出阻抗(kang),在校(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)方(fang)法(fa)上兼顧新(xin)型數字(zi)指示式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)(ping)振蕩(dang)器(qi)和(he)(he)傳(chuan)統指針式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)(ping)振蕩(dang)器(qi)。修(xiu)訂(ding)(ding)發(fa)布(bu)JJF 1238—2022《集(ji)成電(dian)(dian)(dian)路靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)敏感度測(ce)試(shi)設(she)(she)備校(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)規范》,為適應相關(guan)國(guo)際(ji)測(ce)試(shi)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)的(de)變化,增加(jia)(jia)了機(ji)器(qi)模(mo)型、閂鎖模(mo)型放電(dian)(dian)(dian)波形的(de)校(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun),完善了集(ji)成電(dian)(dian)(dian)路靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)測(ce)試(shi)設(she)(she)備校(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)方(fang)法(fa)。制定(ding)發(fa)布(bu)JJF 1983—2022《高清(qing)(qing)視(shi)頻(pin)(pin)信(xin)號(hao)分(fen)析儀校(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)規范》,高清(qing)(qing)視(shi)頻(pin)(pin)信(xin)號(hao)分(fen)析儀是(shi)對高清(qing)(qing)視(shi)頻(pin)(pin)設(she)(she)備、視(shi)頻(pin)(pin)終端設(she)(she)備等進行(xing)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)符(fu)合性測(ce)試(shi)和(he)(he)合格檢驗的(de)專用測(ce)試(shi)儀器(qi),被(bei)高清(qing)(qing)視(shi)頻(pin)(pin)設(she)(she)備生產(chan)廠家和(he)(he)質量(liang)檢測(ce)機(ji)構廣泛使用,該規范的(de)制定(ding)發(fa)布(bu)為高清(qing)(qing)視(shi)頻(pin)(pin)產(chan)業發(fa)展(zhan)提(ti)供計量(liang)技(ji)術(shu)支撐。

在溫度(du)計量領(ling)域(yu),制定發(fa)布(bu)JJF 1991—2022《短型廉(lian)金(jin)屬熱電(dian)偶校(xiao)(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)規范》,短型廉(lian)金(jin)屬熱電(dian)偶廣泛用于航空(kong)航天(tian)、石油化(hua)工(gong)等領(ling)域(yu),是常用的溫度(du)傳感器。該(gai)規范主要包括計量特性、校(xiao)(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)條件(jian)、校(xiao)(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)項目(mu)、校(xiao)(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)方法(fa)及(ji)測量不確定度(du)評定實例等內容,為(wei)短型廉(lian)金(jin)屬熱電(dian)偶校(xiao)(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)工(gong)作提供(gong)技術依據。

在能(neng)(neng)源計(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)領域(yu),制定(ding)(ding)發布JJF 1993—2022《天(tian)然(ran)氣(qi)能(neng)(neng)量(liang)(liang)(liang)計(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)技術規范》,能(neng)(neng)量(liang)(liang)(liang)計(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)是國(guo)際(ji)上天(tian)然(ran)氣(qi)貿易交接的(de)(de)主要(yao)方(fang)式,該(gai)規范與(yu)國(guo)家標準充分融合,根據發熱(re)量(liang)(liang)(liang)測(ce)定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)3種不(bu)同方(fang)式(在線測(ce)定(ding)(ding)、離(li)線測(ce)定(ding)(ding)及(ji)賦值)給出(chu)天(tian)然(ran)氣(qi)能(neng)(neng)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)不(bu)確定(ding)(ding)度計(ji)算(suan)方(fang)法。該(gai)規范可作為(wei)計(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)技術機構對天(tian)然(ran)氣(qi)能(neng)(neng)量(liang)(liang)(liang)計(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)系統的(de)(de)評(ping)估(gu)驗收及(ji)政(zheng)府部(bu)門開展監(jian)督檢(jian)查的(de)(de)依據,也可作為(wei)石油天(tian)然(ran)氣(qi)公司等用戶能(neng)(neng)量(liang)(liang)(liang)計(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)管(guan)理(li)的(de)(de)參考。 

在(zai)能源(yuan)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)計(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)領(ling)域(yu),制定發(fa)(fa)布(bu)JJF 1994—2022《電(dian)冰(bing)箱(xiang)能效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(性能)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)裝置校準規范》、JJF 1261.27—2022《投影(ying)機能源(yuan)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)計(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)檢(jian)測(ce)規則》,修訂發(fa)(fa)布(bu) JJF 1261.6—2022《計(ji)算機顯示器(qi)(qi)能源(yuan)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)計(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)檢(jian)測(ce)規則》。電(dian)冰(bing)箱(xiang)能效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(性能)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)裝置,是電(dian)冰(bing)箱(xiang)性能參(can)數的(de)(de)主要測(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)設備(bei),該規范的(de)(de)制定發(fa)(fa)布(bu),加(jia)快推進各檢(jian)測(ce)機構與生產(chan)(chan)(chan)企(qi)業(ye)實現(xian)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)數據準確(que)一(yi)致,對規范電(dian)冰(bing)箱(xiang)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品能效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)標識的(de)(de)標注乃至(zhi)電(dian)冰(bing)箱(xiang)產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)的(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展都(dou)發(fa)(fa)揮積極作用(yong)。投影(ying)機和(he)計(ji)算機顯示器(qi)(qi)作為辦公、學習設備(bei)被廣(guang)泛(fan)使用(yong),其節(jie)能意(yi)義重大,本次制修訂內容(rong)包括相關產(chan)(chan)(chan)品能源(yuan)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)的(de)(de)計(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)要求、檢(jian)測(ce)條件、檢(jian)測(ce)項目和(he)方法(fa)、檢(jian)測(ce)結果評定準則、檢(jian)測(ce)報(bao)告(gao)等內容(rong),在(zai)引(yin)導(dao)消費(fei)者購買高效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)節(jie)能產(chan)(chan)(chan)品同時,激勵生產(chan)(chan)(chan)企(qi)業(ye)加(jia)大研發(fa)(fa)力度,提升消費(fei)者使用(yong)體驗。
